Due to the nature of products and services provided by Eva Therapeutic Well-Being, all sales are final. However, we encourage customers to contact us with any concerns regarding dispensed products, tests, or materials so we can better understand and address the issue.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
Physical Products
Eva Therapeutic Well‑Being does not provide refunds for physical products sold directly through our practice.
Products purchased through partner companies may be subject to their individual refund policies. If you need assistance locating a partner’s policy or contact information, we are happy to help direct you.
Tests & Kits
Testing must be completed within four months of purchase. After this period, the test is considered expired and must be repurchased at full price. Lost or damaged HTMA kits can be replaced for a $50 replacement fee. Refunds are not provided once a test has been ordered, shipped, or a session has been completed.
Physical & Virtual Services
Due to the nature of therapeutic, wellness, and educational services, all service sales are final.
This includes:
- In‑person sessions
- Virtual sessions
- Consultations
- Program access
Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the scheduling policy provided at the time of booking. Missed appointments or late cancellations may still incur the full session fee.
